Seven cities. Years on the ground.

Between 2015 and 2020, our founder and delivery team gained hands-on experience delivering workshop-based integration education across Brussels, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Paris, Berlin, Milan and Madrid.

Working across different European contexts, this experience shaped our understanding of the practical challenges newcomers face, the importance of accessible education and the role that community-based learning can play in supporting integration. From understanding local systems and navigating everyday life to building confidence and participating in the wider community, our approach is grounded in the realities of integration — not just the theory.

Seven cities shaped our perspective. Today, we bring that experience into the design of practical, evidence-informed integration programmes.
