How we work

Designed for the realities of local delivery.

Not an off-the-shelf course bolted onto your service — a programme shaped around your community, your priorities and your commissioning objectives.

Tailored to local priorities

Programme design shaped around your local needs assessment, target groups, service pathways and commissioning objectives — not a fixed package.

Structured delivery

Defined learning outcomes, a clear delivery schedule, participant-facing materials, and clear responsibilities on both sides, agreed up front.

Transparent reporting

Attendance, participant feedback, before-and-after learning measures and an agreed reporting format — so you can evidence the work internally.

Responsible delivery

Appropriate safeguarding, data protection, accessibility, clear referral boundaries and quality-assurance arrangements, central to how we deliver.

The journey

From first conversation to final evaluation.

01

Discover

We get to grips with your priorities, your community and the gap you need to close.

02

Design

We agree the programme, audience, languages, delivery format and the outcomes we’ll measure.

03

Deliver

We run the agreed workshops and provide participant resources, in your community’s own languages.

04

Evaluate

We review delivery, feedback and outcomes against the measures we agreed, and report back.

This is how we work with you. Scope, timeline and the exact measures are agreed per programme.

Evaluation framework

We measure outcomes, not just attendance.

A leading programme understands the difference between running a workshop and actually helping someone. Here’s the framework we evaluate against — agreed and tailored with you for each programme.

Reach & participation

Registrations, attendance and completion by language — and whether we’re reaching the groups who are hardest to reach.

Learning & confidence

Before-and-after checks on knowledge, confidence and understanding of rights, the law and local systems.

Access & progression

Appropriate referrals, engagement with local services, and connections on to education, work or community life.

Programme quality

Participant feedback, accessibility, delivery quality and completion against the objectives we set together.

We’re clear about the difference between outputs (workshops delivered), immediate outcomes (knowledge gained) and longer-term outcomes (a service accessed, a job found). We report what we can evidence, over the period agreed — and never claim a long-term outcome we can’t show we contributed to.

Commissioning Settle

What you receive.

A designed programme

An agreed session plan and learning objectives, shaped around your community and delivered in the right languages.

Delivery & materials

Facilitated workshops, the multilingual course, one-to-one support where scoped, and participant-facing materials in agreed formats.

Reporting & evaluation

Attendance, feedback and learning measures, summarised against the outcomes we agreed, in a format you can take to your organisation.

A clear quote

A tailored proposal and transparent quotation after an initial conversation — no obligation, and nothing that cuts across your procurement rules.

Trust & accountability

The assurances you need to say yes.

Safeguarding, data protection and accessibility aren’t a footer link for us — they’re built into delivery. UK GDPR is handled with your authority as data controller and Settle as processor, under a clear data-processing agreement. Our safeguarding, privacy and accessibility policies are available on request, and we’re happy to complete your standard supplier due-diligence.

Let’s talk about your community.

Tell us who you support and where you are, and we’ll show you exactly how a programme would work — and what it would cost.
